Service Description

Talea provides a managed AI Accounting Expert. The service may organize financial evidence, maintain double-entry books, reconcile accounts, prepare management and financial reports, calculate taxes, prepare applicable returns, and submit an approved return through an authorized filing connection when that capability is enabled.

Capability and Authorization

A formal accounting or tax result is available only when Talea has the required records, the applicable validation checks pass, and any required review is complete. Filing, external sharing, and other irreversible actions require your explicit approval for the exact version being submitted. A filing is complete only when the relevant authority or provider returns an acknowledgement.

Excluded Services

Talea does not provide legal advice, audit opinions, autonomous money movement, or professional opinions that require a separately appointed or licensed person. Material or uncertain accounting and tax judgments may be paused for an authorized human reviewer.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate business facts, reviewing decisions presented for approval, protecting connected accounts, and approving filings or other external actions. Company directors remain responsible for the company's records, financial statements, and statutory obligations.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in SGD. Prices are as displayed at time of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data Ownership

You own your data. Files you upload, records maintained by experts, and reports generated belong to you. A workspace owner can export or permanently delete an Accounting Expert engagement from Workspace settings. Deletion revokes connected-source access and removes the engagement's books, files, exports, and transient runtime; a minimal audit tombstone is retained to prove and retry the deletion. For account closure or another data request, email privacy@maestro.onl. We retain a license to process your data only to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

Talea is an accounting operations service and does not provide an audit opinion, legal advice, or a guarantee that incomplete or inaccurate source data will produce a correct result. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
