Service Description

Talea provides managed AI expert employees for company operations including accounting, sales, talent, and project operations. Experts maintain records, produce reports, and deliver structured outputs according to defined SOPs.

What Talea Does Not Do

Talea experts do not provide tax advice, file tax returns, lodge GST/VAT, give legal advice, extend employment offers, or execute financial transactions. Expert outputs are operational records and handoff materials, not professional accounting, legal, or financial advice.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing expert outputs, approving actions that require authorization, and engaging qualified professionals (accountants, lawyers) for advice and filing obligations.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in SGD. Prices are as displayed at time of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data Ownership

You own your data. Files you upload, records maintained by experts, and reports generated belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time. We retain a license to process your data only to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

Talea is an operational record-keeping service, not a professional advisory service. We are not liable for decisions made based on expert outputs. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
