Data We Collect

When you use Talea, we collect: account information (name, email), files you upload (receipts, invoices, bank statements), conversation messages with experts, and usage data (page views, feature usage).

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate the expert services you hire. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. Each workspace is isolated — your data is not visible to other tenants.

Storage and Encryption

Files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data is stored in Singapore-region infrastructure. Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

Third Parties

We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Stripe (payments). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service. We do not share your data with advertising or analytics providers.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export all data or request deletion at any time. After account closure, data is deleted within 30 days.

PDPA Compliance

Talea complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for processing of your personal data.
