Everything you need to get started with Talea.

Getting Started

1. Sign up — create your account at talea.work/signup.
2. Hire an expert — choose from Accounting, Sales, Talent, or Project operations.
3. Connect sources — upload files, connect Gmail, or link Google Drive.
4. Review deliverables — your expert delivers source-backed reports on cadence.

Expert Types

Accounting Operations

Maintains expense and income ledgers, matches bank statements, monitors missing receipts, and prepares accountant handoff packages. Does not file taxes or give tax advice.

Sales Operations

Tracks lead sources, scores ICP fit, maintains pipeline hygiene, runs approved outreach sequences, and triages replies. Does not send emails without approval.

Talent Operations

Defines roles and screening criteria, builds candidate pipelines with evidence-backed shortlists, and coordinates interviews. Does not extend offers or make hiring decisions.

Project Operations

Tracks project owners and milestones, escalates blockers with structured context, and delivers weekly status reports. Does not update external tools autonomously.
